I’ve had the pleasure of working with Rhiannon over the past couple of months with my personal fitness goals. We work on nutrition, and building confidence with the bar - I lost due to an injury. Rhiannon motivates me to push hard, and keep my focus on me! As a busy mom of two, full time job and extra curricular activities for my family, I love having time to refuel and fill my personal bucket. I have been working with Rhiannon as my personal trainer since July 2019. When I started, I had zero experience with fitness programs and gym workouts. My goals were to build strength and an overall healthier lifestyle as health problems historically run in my family. Rhiannon has not only taught me different exercises but has also helped me understand the reason for doing each one. Rhiannon was and is really wonderful to work with. I've worked with her as a nutritionist and have seen incredible results that have gone beyond the gym and nutritional habits. Rhiannon changed my life. I have always been intimidated by the gym, so I stuck to group workout classes and cardio machines. I have never really known how to get started on taking my physical health seriously, until 8 months ago. Rhiannon's friendly and relatable style of coaching is what I really needed in order to get comfortable in using different gym equipment (and how to use them safely and effectively as well). She showed me how to step out of my comfort zone (and away from the elliptical), and I am grateful for that. If you are looking to start training with a personal trainer, Rhiannon is your girl!

I highly recommend Rhiannon for coaching/personal training!! My goal was to get back into Indigenous Powwow Dancing, which takes a lot of athletic ability and cardio training. I was not able to last one song prior to my training with Rhiannon. I started with in-person training with Rhiannon which led to following her guided routine plans. This has been such an amazing journey, I have not only exceed my goal but I was able to push further than I thought I could such as dancing 5 songs! So grateful for all the knowledge that Rhiannon has taught me for my health, fitness and dance jouney! Thank you so much!
For the last 6 months, I have trained with Rhiannon and I can honestly say it was the best decision I could have made. I have not only learned so much about weight lifting and strength training from her, but she has also given me great advice about nutrition. I trained with Rhiannon as my personal trainer for 3 months and can confidently say it was the best investment in myself I have ever made.
