A customized approach to your needs is important. I want to take what you know and educate you, elevating your fitness knowledge. It's important to focus on the education of proper movements while performing exercises safely. Through systematic progression, periodization and accountability we will achieve health and fitness success.

Working out teaches us so much more than just doing exercises in the gym. It teaches us to push past our comfort zone, and when you get comfortable with being uncomfortable you become unstoppable! I aim to boost my clients confidence inside the gym, while training with me. So that when they walk out the doors they have the skills to conquer anything in life.

I have been working out with Rhiannon since July and have been very impressed with her professionalism, knowledge and skill.
